How cashless works
You can choose between two methods. The QR code in the app is the main Wallet. The RFID/NFC wristband is an optional alternative.
Main Wallet
The app and the QR code
Download the official Caposile Festival app, available for iOS and Android, and complete the registration. In the “My Wallet” section you will find the QR code linked to your digital wallet.
You can top up your credit directly in the app and pay at the stand tills by showing the QR code. This way you can top up on your own and skip the queue at the Cashless Points.

The cashless wristband
The RFID/NFC wristband is an optional way to pay at the Festival’s Food & Beverage stands. You can pick it up at the event. To activate it at the Cashless Points you need a minimum top-up of 10 €.
You can top it up at the Cashless Points or the event tills, with cash or card, or in the app by linking it in the “My wristband” section and selecting “Use the NFC reader”.
The app’s QR Wallet and the wristband Wallet are two separate wallets. Credit cannot be transferred from one Wallet to the other.
Top-ups, payments, refunds
Questions
Before the event: you can pre-load credit directly in the official app before the Festival starts. We recommend doing it in advance, so your Wallet is ready when you arrive.
During the event: on every night of the Festival you can keep topping up directly in the app. You can also top up at the Cashless Points or at the event tills, paying by card or cash.
Every top-up, in the app or at the Cashless Points, is 10 €, 20 € or 50 €: the minimum is 10 €.
Before topping up, always check whether you are loading the main QR Wallet or the Wallet linked to your wristband, because the two balances are separate.
You can pay at the Food & Beverage stands with either of the two methods: by showing the QR code in the “My Wallet” section of the app at the till, or by holding your cashless wristband near the RFID/NFC reader.
Payments at the stands are made exclusively through the cashless system. Cash cannot be used directly at the stands. Cash can be used to top up at the Cashless Points or at the enabled event tills.
Alcoholic drinks can only be purchased by people aged 18 and over. Staff may ask for a valid ID.

Here on the official website you will find all the up-to-date information about Caposile Festival, the artists and how to access the event. Keep checking the app and the official channels in the run-up to and during the event, as updates to the cashless rules may be published.
If your wristband is lost, stolen or stops working during the event, go to a Cashless Point straight away. Give the staff all the information you have, including the UID code linked to your wristband, if available.
Keep your wristband safe. The organisers cannot guarantee the recovery of credit in the event of unauthorised use or if the wristband was not linked to the user’s profile.
If you still have unused credit at the end of the event, you can request a refund through the official app, in the “Refund” section. Requests are open from 8:00 on 9 November until 12:00 on 16 November.
The refund is credited to the payment method used for the top-up, where technically possible. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the details entered in the request.
